I attended an awesome Zumba training on Saturday with Teresa Auvaa and learned 5 new awesome dances and cant wait to share them with everyone over the next couple of weeks.

**FAMILIES   ~ if you have a spouse or child that wants to attend ZUMBA classes with you, they can share a punch pass with you or you can get 10% off the purchase of a pass for them. 

 

*First Timers~ Will still be able to pay $2.50 for the very first class.

Specials~ In May and June if you bring a new Person to class, You will be entered in a drawling for $5 off a punch pass. Make sure you let me know when you bring someone with you!!!

In July it will be $2 Tuesdays!!

What to expect~
The first 15 minutes will be filling out waiver forms. Everyone will need to complete one in order to participate in Zumba. Parents must sign for all minors under the age of 18.

8:15 to 9:15 ~Zumba~ an hour packed with fun! Make sure to bring lots of water and a towel if you would like. I am so excited to share my love of Zumba with everyone.

9:15-9:30 ~ Fill out a comment card and prize drawings.

Some Prizes will be $5 off a 20 punch pass, $5 off a shirt order, and cool zumba bracelets.

Its almost Time and ZUMBA clothes.

I hope that you are getting excited about Zumba starting in our area, I sure am. In the previous post is the waiver form if you wanted to copy and paste to fill out before you come and participate in any zumba class or they will be available for you at the Grand Opening on April 14th and at each class for any new students.

I will also try and take orders for anyone who is interested in ZUMBA attire. Just visit Zumba .com to view all the clothing that is available. The price that is listed on their site is the price total  for most items. This would include the tax and shipping. This would save you money compared to if you made an order yourself. I would need a minimum of 10 items to make an order. So if I get 10 people that wanted 1 shirt, etc.. then we'd beable to make an order.  There is lots to choose from. I would like to make an order by the end of April at the latest, just keep that in mind if you are interested. I will do more orders later on if ther is an interest!!

This agreement is between Rebecca Gathercoal (Zumba Instructor), the additional Zumba Instructors who may be conducting classes as appointed by Rebecca Gathercoal,  the facility where classes are conducted, and the individual whose name is printed and signed below:

I, __________________________________________, hereby agree to the following:

1. I am participating in ZUMBA® Fitness classes offered by a Zumba instructor. I recognize that all ZUMBA® Fitness classes require physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, including death, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in ZUMBA® Fitness classes. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in ZUMBA® Fitness classes.

3. In consideration of being permitted to participate in ZUMBA® Fitness classes, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages (known or unknown), property damage or loss of any kind in which I may incur as a result of participating in ZUMBA® Fitness classes.

4. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in ZUMBA® Fitness classes, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against the authorized Zumba Instructor(s) for any injuries or damages (known or unknown), property damage or loss of any kind, including death that I may sustain as a result of participating in any ZUMBA® Fitness class.

5. This is a legally binding Release, Waiver, Discharge and Covenant Not to Sue (collectively “Release”) the authorized Zumba Instructor(s) for any injury, death, property damage or loss of any kind caused by my voluntary participation in any ZUMBA® Fitness class. This Release, Waiver, Discharge and Covenant Not to Sue is made voluntarily by me, the undersigned Releaser, on my own behalf, and on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators, and legal representatives.

6. I hereby grant Rebecca Gathercoal, permission to use my likeness in a photograph in any and all of its publications, including website entries, without payment or any other consideration. I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of Rebecca Gathercoal and will not be returned. I hereby irrevocably authorize Rebecca Gathercoal to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute this photo for purposes of publicizing Zumba® fitness programs or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph. I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge Rebecca Gathercoal from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

7. I have read the above release, waiver of liability and assumption of risk, fully understand its contents and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing the agreement freely and voluntarily and intend by my signature to be the complete and unconditional release of all liability. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above. This agreement remains in effect for as long as I participate in any Zumba® Fitness class under the instruction of Rebecca Gathercoal.
